Well...
After surviving SEC Championships eating only paleo food amongst the cookies and other crap, I finally was able to have the BEST homecooked paleo meal from my mother herself! This is so hard...
To say no thanks to all these delicious treats at the horse show. Literally girls are bringing cake balls and cookies out from nowhere and I haven’t had a single one. MUST. NOT. SPOIL. PALEO-NESS. aghhhh.

New PR (finally)!
Since Fran on Steroids (aka 12.5) destroyed my quads on Sunday and Monday, I took yesterday off from CrossFit and just did active recovery. Getting mentally ready...
For Games WOD 12.5 tomorrow. Man oh man, thrusters are NOT my strong suit. Chest to bars I can do fine, but the thrusters are what get me it always seems. At least it did when I did Fran.
