After surviving SEC Championships eating only paleo food amongst the cookies and other crap, I finally was able to have the BEST homecooked paleo meal from my mother herself! Grilled chicken, grilled peppers (of all different colors of course), broccoli, and a sweet potato! And some wine (not paleo. oops. it was a LONG WEEKEND people, don’t judge). But goodNESS it was amazing!! I feel very content :) Rest day tomorrow, back at Crossfit the rest of the week!
